It’s been a week since my calculator app was published. Well, it doesn’t seem to be downloaded at all. When I try checking my own app by searching with some key words on Google Play Store, my app doesn’t show up…… where is my app??
Actually as there are thousands of apps on the market, new apps like mine stays at the bottom of this huge list with bunch of other apps so we don’t see them. (Only top 250 apps are displayed as a search result) I can’t even find my own app…
This is when I realized the importance of promoting apps. There seems to be multiple ways of promoting apps, so I tried doing a few things so far. Requesting to review my app at some review sites, social media, and putting ads on some websites. The picture above is the review of my app on the tech blog site “The Gizmo Editor”. So far, no one seem to be downloading my app…… yet.
初のアプリをリリースしてから約一週間が経ちました。さて、全然ダウンロードされる様子がありません。（ダウンロード数ゼロ！）グーグルプレイストアにていくつかキーワードを使って検索してみると・・・検索結果に自分のアプリが全然出てこない。我がアプリはいずこへ？
どうやら、膨大な数のアプリが市場に出回っているため、新しいアプリはその多大勢のアプリの中に埋もれていて、見つけることもできないようです。（上位250のアプリまでが検索結果として表示されるようです）自分自身のアプリが見つからないなんて・・・。
アプリのプロモーションというのはとても重要なようです。調べた結果、プロモーションにはいろいろな方法があるようですが、その中のいくつかを実行してみました。アプリ紹介サイトにレビューを依頼、ソーシャルメディア、そしていくつかのウェブサイトに私のアプリの広告を載せてもらえるよう依頼しました。上の写真は、「The Gizmo Editor」というブログサイトに載せてもらった私のアプリのレビューです。フロントページに乗せてもらえて、ちょっとうれしいです。（こちらがそのサイトです）
今のところ、私のアプリはまだ誰にもダウンロードされる気配がないです・・・。
Il a été une semaine depuis mon appli calculatrice a été publié. Alors, il ne semble pas être téléchargé à tous. Quand j’essaie de vérifier mon propre appli par la recharche avec des mots des clés sur Google Play Store, mon appli ne se présente pas…… où est mon appli??
En fait, comme il y a des milliers d’applis sur le marché, nouvelles applis comme la mienne reste au bas de cette liste énorme avec plain d’autre applis que nous ne les voyons pas. (250 applis seulement sont affichées comme un résultat de recherche) Je ne peux même pas trouver mon propre appli…
C’est alors que j’ai réalisé l’importance de la promotion des applis. Il semble avoir plusieurs façon de promouvoir les applis, alors j’ai essayé de faire quelques choses jusqu’à présent. Demandant de revoir mon appli à certains sites, les médias sociaux, et mettre des annonces sur certains sites. Jusqu’à présent, personne ne semble être télécharger mon appli…… encore.
